This Excel Workbook contains Report #3050 provided by Digital Alchemy.  The graphs shown on the 'Graph' worksheet contain the answers given by your customers averaged for each time period shown.  If there is a corporate line, it contains the average score on this question for all properties in your corporation for the same time period, which may be just your property.  It does not show the average for each time period.  This is done to provide a more realistic benchmark and to immunize that line from fluxuations in each property's answers.  The data in the graph is on the 'data' worksheet and can be modified by the user.
	The numbers shown are averages and have been normalized to 100%.  This is because some surveys use a 1 to 3 scale, while others use 1 to 10 and everything in between.  A question where 7 is the top answer that averaged 7 for the time period would show up as 100% where a 3.5 average would show as 50%.  Normalizing to 100% allows you to compare questions that are not on the same scale, questions whose scale changed over time and to compare across multiple properties that use different scales.
	This file contains up to 20 graphs.  When more than 20 questions were asked for a given time period they are generated into a separate file.
