VIP Concierge Gives All Hotels a Name-Brand Advantage

Digital Alchemy created the VIP Concierge concept for Independent Hoteliers that want to maximize the impact of their marketing efforts to their past and current guests. There are two different ways that the program can be utilized. The tool allows a hotel to take special care of its guests by asking them what their preferences are for their stay. The second part of this tool allows a hotel to find out what a guests interests are so that the hotel can target that guest for future stays. Guests can sign up online from your web site or click through from any of our email marketing. Any data can be recorded. For example, you can find out if your guest likes: Golf, Tennis, Weekend Specials, Skiing, Kids Events, Spa Packages, Non smoking Rooms, Type of Newspaper they want, Foam Pillow and the type of Welcome snack.

A hotel is able to ask their guests any questions they like. Digital Alchemy takes that list of questions and creates a webpage where a guest can enter their preferences. A link to the created page can be hosted on the property's website as well as within Confirmation and PreStay Marketing emails. In addition to helping a property gather more email addresses, this program also provides data that can be used to do more targeted email blasts. This technology has previously been available only to larger name-brand hotel chains. With VIP Concierge, any hotel can compete within their market.

VIP Concierge is available now to all Digital Alchemy customers.

VIP Concierge data is maintained at our Data Center in a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database. The interface used at the Data Center is written in Microsoft Visual FoxPro. Custom-designed data-driven web input forms are dynamically generated real-time though our web server, using Microsoft Visual FoxPro and West-Wind WebConnect. Future versions will use ASP. Many of Digital Alchemy's other services can use VIP Concierge data to more accurately match potential return guests with offers that they are more likely to purchase.
