signed an agreement with Digital Alchemy for e-Relationship™ and
Full House™ a complete Customer Relationship
Management program designed to improve customer
loyalty and increase repeat business. The program
automatically invites guests to return to the property,
sends e-mail reservation confirmation, pre-stay
marketing, and post-stay thank you notes and provides
other occupancy-increasing services.

are generated automatically to match guest interests
with area events, and offer rooms and airfare during
periods when the hotel has availability. The net
effect is increased occupancy, reduced cancellations,
and no-shows and increased customer loyalty.
