Grand Theme Hotels expands commitment
to Digital Alchemy for CRM program e-Relationship™
Orlando, FL – Grand Theme Hotels announced
today that it has expanded its agreement with Digital
Alchemy to use e-Relationship™, a Customer
Relationship Management program designed to improve
customer loyalty and increase repeat business.
The program automatically invites guests to return
to the property, sends e-mail reservation confirmation,
pre-stay marketing, and post-stay thank you notes
and provides other occupancy-increasing services.
“We have been very pleased with the services
provided by Digital Alchemy under our original
agreement and look forward to implementing the
new services at all of our hotels” said Chris
Murvin, CFO of Grand Theme Hotels. Digital Alchemy
has been providing CRM services for Grand Theme
Hotels’ Westin and Sheraton properties for
several months and will now provide the services
into the other Orlando and St. Augustine, Florida
properties. “It is more important than ever
to be able to communicate directly, effectively
and quickly with our guests. E-mail is the perfect
method and Digital Alchemy offers some unique services
to enhance our marketing efforts,” said Murvin.
Digital Alchemy services establish a rapport with
the guest that is used to educate them on property-
and location-specific events and specials so they
are more likely to accept an invitation back to
the hotel. Offers are generated automatically to
match guest interests with area events and offer
rooms and airfare during periods where the hotel
has rooms available. The net effect is increased
occupancy and increased customer loyalty. “Use
of e-mail allows us to offer great last-minute
deals to our customers” explained Murvin.
