The Peabody's culinarians and wait staff go all out to provide a feast worthy of this great, all-American holiday. The hotel is filled with the aromas of roasted turkey and all the trimmings. There's a vast array of fresh-baked breads, fresh fruit and juices, smoked salmon, shellfish, salads, pasta dishes, pies, pastries, tartes, galore. Dinner in Dux is always a delight. For Thanksgiving Dinner, Julio Delgado, chef de cuisine, has some very special Thanksgiving treats lined up for your dining pleasure. Mallards Bar Presents "Squanto's Hooch"
At Mallards Bar in the Atrium Lobby, it's Thanksgiving turkey gone wild, Wild Turkey that is! In honor of the native American Patuxet Indian, Squanto, who helped the Pilgrims at Plymouth to plant and harvest food, Peabody has created the ultimate Thanksgiving cocktail.
It's called "Squanto's Hooch," a lively concoction of Thanksgiving "ingredients," including Wild Turkey, Cranberry Juice and Apple Brandy. Drop by Mallards bar from 5pm - 1:45 am and raise a glass to Squanto's memory.
