Now Digital Alchemy has the ability to send a daily report to your hotel that will tell you why your Guests cancelled their reservation. Its a new feature that we offer on our cancellation notices. So if a guest tells you they are going to a hotel down the street for $10 less, you may want to contact them and try to get them to stay at your hotel.
