Digital Alchemy sends a Thank You Note automatically, as part of the eRelationship package. For our Comment Card customers, a link to an electronic Comment Card is included in the Thank You Note. Results from this on-line Comment Card are made available via numerous types of reports (trends, summaries, etc.) and also via emails with our premium Comment Card Alert product.

Mid-Stay Communiqué provides the ultimate form of feedback: the opportunity to fix problems almost before they start. Very shortly after checking in, guests receive a Mid-Stay Communiqué email that appears to be from a member of the hotel staff, stating the hotel’s intention to provide a superlative stay, and asking what can be done to make it even better. Formatted to work on a laptop or handheld screen, guests have the opportunity to respond by telling you what they want – even dialog with you via email. This gives you a chance to make their stay "just what they had in mind." Responses typically range from "Send more coffee creamers to room 205" to "Conference Room C is out of Diet Coke." Don’t be surprised if they come from a Blackberry!

Guests who are pleased with their stay will give you higher satisfaction scores on post-stay Comment Cards, perhaps even earning your property an extra star or diamond (or getting you a bigger bonus!)
