
Digital Alchemy has been working very diligently to build the next generation of our Customer Service Portal. Our newest version is another one of our Cloud-based applications that brings a fresh new look and feel, more productive navigation and new functionality, while still maintaining the existing features you already love! On Monday, October 10th, we launched a preview of our new portal at http://preview.Data2Gold.com so you could test drive and familiarize yourself with the new version before the official switchover on November 1st. Due to major design differences, the old Portal will no longer be available as of November 1st.
The new Portal REQUIRES JavaScript and has been tested on several platforms and Web browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, and Apple Safari. During the preview, we encourage you to explore the new Portal environment and use the built-in "Feedback" feature to submit your comments, report issues, and offer suggestions. The new Portal opens the door to many new opportunities and service offerings, and we take your feedback very seriously as we develop the next suite of enhancements.
