Digital Alchemy has always taken the safety of customer data very seriously, and the Customer Service Portal employs many significant security features "under the hood."

Over the next few months, we will be initiating additional security protocols for the Customer Service Portal to help further protect your data. These protocols will include mandatory password changes, random password verification, and sessions that automatically expire. Users with weak passwords will be prompted to create new passwords that meet strong password criteria, and inactive portal sessions will be logged out automatically after a predetermined period.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as you take a few moments to update your account if and when you are prompted during your portal session or contacted by your customer service representative.
